Breakfast bacon and egg cupcakes
A while ago we came across a post about making these lovely little bacon and egg cupcakes as a nice breakfast treat. I tried to find the original post but in the process of searching on Google+ this was the result. Unbelievable! There are so many people out there having a go at making these things. All with different techniques and flourishes. Some with cheese, some without the bread and an all bacon base. Anyway, they all look delish and here's our attempt. Let me know if you try it out and if you do something different. Maybe add some beans or a bit of black pudding.
